I can’t imagine a day without even a bit of sweetness. My favourite sweets aren’t the most FIT, so I try to find a healthy alternative. During the day I sneak cookies – but… there is no sugar, no fat, no flour in these cookies. Just oatmeal, bran, nuts, dried fruit. With only a handful ingredients these cookies are perfect for breakfast, a snack, lunch or dessert. My friend from the university, who was a fan of healthy eating, gave me recipe for these cookies (thanks Joanna!). Since then, the recipe has evolved. I added other ingredients, experimented with dried fruit and additives. In fact, you can add to your cookies anything you like the most and make something magical :) .
