Loose powder is a cosmetic to which we don’t pay much attention , but without it  the make-up wouldn’t be complete. Even if it is just a transparent cosmetic, without brightening or strongly mattifying attributes, it undoubtedly performs one important function – it is the key to long lasting makeup . That is why  I can’t imagine my day wear makeup without the loose powder. Until now ,among my favourite loose powders were: Max Factor and Ester Lauder. Both of them are very delicate, fine and matting. Recently I have discovered a loose rice powder PAESE.  Since that time, this little revelation deposed the much more expensive cosmetics.
